What we collect
When you request service, call, text, chat on this site or book a visit, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the problem. If you send photos of your equipment, we keep those with your service record.
When a technician works on your system, we record what we found, the equipment model and serial numbers, readings taken, and the work performed. If you pay us, our payment processor handles your card details. We do not store full card numbers.
This site also records basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type and the page that referred you, so we can see which ads and listings bring in calls.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule visits and send arrival windows and reminders.
- To write estimates and invoices and to take payment.
- To keep a service history for your home, so the next technician knows what was done.
- To remind maintenance plan members when a tune-up is due.
- To ask how a visit went and request a review.
- With your separate consent, to send seasonal offers and tune-up reminders.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on our form or text us first, we will text you about your request, your appointments and your invoices. Marketing texts are a separate consent and are never required to get service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (832) 555-0100.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include the companies that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Our scheduling, messaging and customer-record software.
- Our payment processor and, if you apply, our financing partner.
- Equipment manufacturers, to register a warranty on equipment we install for you.
- Government agencies, when a permit or the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar tools to remember your visit, measure traffic and see which ads produce calls. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep service records for as long as we may work on your system, typically the life of the equipment, because warranty claims and repair decisions depend on that history. You can ask us to delete your record at any time, except where we must keep invoices for tax purposes.
Your choices
